Most frequent alarms investigation
Minor/query event resolution, ad hoc activities (e.g. configuration change) requested by customer
Support team is based on a team of remote support engineers and administrator/technical manager
Very strong expertise on Ericsson network elements
All remote support engineers are ex Ericsson engineers
All remote support engineers have experience in 24/7 Emergency support
All remote support engineers have experience in Preventive support
TeleSupEx Group service initially focus on Ericsson equipment
